Continuity Mistake:

Here the stick is behind ACP Bakhtawar.

In next shot, the stick was shown beside him.

Plot hole:
In penultimate scene, Vidyut Jammwal chased the car and reached at the terrace of hotel where Esha Gupta was transferring the money.

But Adah Sharma was trapped inside the car at the bank, she didn't even know where Vidyut has gone. Then also she reached at the terrace of hotel in climax scene.
