Continuity Mistake:

• When Virus is explaining Farhan and Raju about their parents' income the handwriting keeps changing.

• When Aamir writes the words, the handwriting is different and when he underlines, the handwriting is different.

​
Plot hole: 
 In the final scene, Suhas is already inside the wedding venue.

Yet, he enters the wedding venue from the main gate.

• Farhan said that he was born in 1978 at 5:15

​Then he should have joined ICE(Imperial College of Engineering) in 1996 (when he is 18 years old)

• ​Then there is another scene where Virus gives his mobile phone which has a camera. First of all,  there were no camera mobiles or color phones in 1996.

​

• Kareena Kapoor Rides a Mahindra Flyte in 1996 which was launched in 2009.

• ​In the song 'Zoobi Doobi' Kareena is watching television which has Reliance Big TV in 1996.That's really interesting.

​

• ​Another one is when Aamir Khan admits Raju's father at Fortis hospital in 1996.But Fortis was founded in 2001.

​

• ​In Fortis hospital one doctor uses a modern laptop in 1996.

But such kind of laptops were introduced internationally in 2003.

• During the childbirth scene, Pia (Kareena  Kapoor) shows a YouTube video during the video chat. That scene is  supposed to have happened 6 years ago, when there was no YouTube.​

Other Mistakes:

• ​When Chatur gives speech, he also inacts, but how can he act if he doesn't know the meaning.

For example, in below scene, when he confuses 'dhan' with 'stan', he clearly acts fordhan (money). 

If we assume that somebody taught him this acting prior to speech, then that 'somebody' must have known the meaning, and hence would have pointed out the mistake earlier.
Moreover, it can't be the case that he learnt the actions before the words were replaced, because when Aamir came to replace the words in library, then librarian was trying to teach meaning of word 'chamatkar'  (which Chatur anyway refused to learn), and the word 'chamatkar' occurs before 'dhan'.

SPOOF:
The scene where Rancho mixes his answersheet with other students, when Professor denies to accept his answersheet is lifted from a commercial ad of "Instant Kiwi".
